Mission

The Called is an initiative within the empowered community dedicated to forming, equipping, and sending young adults who are called to build God’s Kingdom first. Rooted in calling and spiritual formation, The Called walks young adults through a process of deeper discernment, discipline, leadership development, and missional placement within the life in and out of the local church. 

 

Many young adults sense God’s call and desire to live it out faithfully. The Called responds by creating a formative environment that complements the work of senior pastors, mentors, and ministry leaders—and continues to partner with the ongoing formation already taking place in the local church. This is not another program or a place to escape, but a pathway of obedience, where calling becomes assignment, formation becomes responsibility, and faith is lived in real ministry contexts. 

 

Through intentional formation, healthy rhythms, leadership responsibility, focused training, and hands-on placement, young adults are shaped in character, rooted in community, and equipped to serve with clarity and humility. The outcome is a generation of leaders who can articulate their faith, steward their assignment, and lead with long-term Kingdom impact, remaining deeply connected to the local church and sent where God is already at work.
